Biography

Jacqui Barnett is a fully qualified therapist with over six years experience of treating clients. Jacqui is a dedicated and enthusiastic therapist who is keen to help her clients to recover as quickly as possible.

In her own words: "I thoroughly enjoy working as a soft tissue therapist because I can't think of anything more rewarding than helping people to recover from pain, stress and restricted mobility. Being in pain is extremely distressing, tiring and debilitating. I have seen many clients who had suffered from their condition for years before making a full recovery from a short course of treatment. I get to meet so many interesting people and have worked with clients from all walks of life - from professional footballers through to office workers, plumbers through to fitness instructors, children through to pensioners!"

Before Jacqui became a full time therapist she worked in private healthcare, specialising in working with clients with severe spinal injuries and then moving into community project management - co-ordinating sports, leisure and healthy living intitiatives. Jacqui has over four years experience of Martial Arts, becoming the Global Tae Kwondo United Kingdom Silver Medalist in 2002.
